Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 8, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Project Fox, a sole proprietorship ("Project Fox", "we") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our website and services. By using the Services you consent to this Policy.
1. Information we collect
- You give us: name, email, and details you share for coaching (goals, training history, and any health information you choose to provide).
- Payment information: processed directly by Stripe. We receive limited details (e.g., the last four digits, card brand, billing country) but never your full card number.
- Automatically: device, browser, and usage data, and cookies/similar technologies for analytics and to keep the site working.
2. How we use it
- To provide programs, coaching, and account access;
- To process payments and renewals;
- To communicate with you about your membership, calls, and support;
- To improve the Services and for security and fraud prevention;
- To send marketing emails you may opt out of at any time.
3. Payment processing
Payments are handled by Stripe, Inc. Card data is collected and stored by Stripe under their security and privacy practices. We do not see or store your full payment-card details on our servers.
4. Health information
Any health or fitness information you share is used solely to deliver coaching. We are a fitness service, not a HIPAA-covered healthcare provider; please share only what you're comfortable providing.
5. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (e.g., Stripe for payments, email and scheduling tools), and where required by law or to protect our rights.
6. Cookies & analytics
We use essential cookies to run the site and may use analytics to understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
7. Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations, after which we delete or anonymize it.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live (e.g., under GDPR or CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your data, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, email privacy@project-fox.com.
10. Children
The Services are for adults 18+ and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
11. International users
If you access the Services from outside the United States, your information may be processed in countries with different data-protection laws.
